About Us

With a history dating back to the 1960s, McGill’s language labs have continually evolved to meet the needs of language learning.

Today, the Arts Multimedia Language Facility (AMLF) is a space consisting of three multimedia labs, a minilab, a meeting room and a lounge for activities. It provides a Computer-Assisted Language Learning (CALL) environment for both teachers and students within the McGill community.
