Accompanying Animals

If you are facing a functional barrier to your education and have a guide dog, service animal, or emotional support animal to assist you, you must make a request to authorize your animal to go with you to class, offices, libraries, study spaces and/or common building areas.

Here’s how:

  1. Register with Student Accessibility and Achievement.
  2. Read the Principles for Animal Accommodation (PDF).
  3. Complete both the PDF icon Animal Application Form and the Medical Form.
