In anticipation of budget related activities as well as our year-end procedures, and to ensure an efficient closing process, please refrain from processing fund type changes, org code changes and fund closures during the following periods which are contingent on the fund type:

McGill Financial and Procurement Services are pleased to inform you that effective February 1, 2024, the maximum Pcard transaction amount will be increased to CAD $5,000 (from the current $2,500). No action is required on the part of PCard Holders, as the Bank will automatically apply this new threshold to all PCards.
