Join the Science and Policy Exchange group for the 5th annual Science and Policy Exchange (SPE) conference on innovation on October 3rd, 2014. The conference will include three panels with eminent expert panelists who will share their thoughts on the state of innovation in Canada, the impact of patents on innovation and how ethical boundaries are being redrawn in response to new innovative technologies. Keynotes speakers include Scott Findlay (Evidence for Democracy), Rosemarie Truman (Center for Advancing Innovation), and Virginie Hotte-Dupuis (L'Oréal Canada) . The conference will be an excellent opportunity to network with experts, to connect with leaders in government, industry, and academia, to understand the status of innovation in Canada and Quebec, and to learn more about careers which lie at the intersection of science and policy.
