This form is accessible shortly after the housing lottery takes place.
*Please note: We will only grant roommate requests if both students have submitted a request form. If only one party has submitted the form, the request will not be granted. Both parties must be assigned to the same building and room type. Once your building and room assignment has been made, we are unable to make any modifications.
**For requests regarding building assignment we are unable to accommodate any room change requests until mid-September.
