AIR (Authentic Interpersonal Reflection) Rounds are confidential support groups where students are expected to discuss and reflect on current challenges in the clinical and/or non-clinical environment. These rounds give a chance for students to connect authentically with one another and develop mutually supportive relationships. AIR Rounds are facilitated by a UGME Wellness Consultant, as part of the OMLA Longitudinal Well-Being Curriculum during 2nd and 3rd year of medical training at McGill. Therefore, students are given the choice to either participate in the interactive experience of AIR Rounds or complete an individual reflective remedial activity.
