The core facility offers a number of services including a pyrosequencer from Biotage (PSQ 96MA) for SNP analysis and two Real Time PCR Thermal cyclers available to study gene expression and SNP: the Cepheid Smart Cycler II from Fisher Scientific and the Rotor Gene from Corbett Research. In addition, we offer Microarray Scanning of DNA array chips.
