Les ambassadeurs Mon milieu de travail sain sont des membres du personnel bénévoles qui jouent un rôle important dans l’amélioration de la santé et du bien-être des employés de l’université. Les ambassadeurs sont passionnés par l’initiative Mon milieu de travail sain et tiennent leurs collègues au courant des programmes et des ressources de l’Université McGill en matière de mieux-être, encouragent leurs collègues à tirer parti de ces services et promeuvent la création d’une culture organisationnelle axée sur un milieu de travail plus sain dans leur unité.
