What is Minerva?
Minerva, McGill's self-service administrative system, is a web interface to the University's database. This database is where all student records are stored.
What is a Minerva guest?
McGill students have the option of creating one or more guests. Each guest is allowed to see information as selected by the student such as student account summaries, tax receipts and e-bills.
Your guest access is always dependent on the current privileges set by your host student. For details, please see the Student Accounts site.
To log in to Minerva, you will need a McGill ID and PIN (Personal Identification Number). Once logged in to Minerva, use the onscreen directions to perform your tasks. Consult the HELP link in the upper right corner of the Minerva screen for further support.
