When?

US government loan cheques (endorsement and processing) will be provided in a "one-stop" manner. Elimination of runaround: students will no longer need to travel between the Brown and James buildings to complete this process.

September 2009

Commissioner for Oaths services will be centralized to one office for all students. Consistent and comprehensive service to students.

January 2010

One-stop student accounts and registration services will be introduced. Reduction of runaround: students will receive answers for both services at one counter.

International health card distribution co-located with other administrative services for students. Less runaround, improved service.

Improved response time on official transcripts issued in person (within 24 hours). Faster turnaround time for a high-demand service.

STM enrolment confirmations - will endeavour to negotiate with STM to accept e-bill and unofficial transcript in lieu of enrolment confirmation letters. Reduction of runaround.

Easier access to enrolment confirmation letters/forms. Reduced line-ups; self-service.
