List of Services to be Integrated


- Registration services for all students (except for Continuing Education students)
- All student fee payments and related advising and support
- Distribution of international student health cards, including the processing of relevant health insurance waivers
- Issuance of student ID cards
- All confirmations of enrolment letters and forms (including "Schedule 2" and other similar forms)
- Supporting the advising of Arts and Science students by providing services and information, including the approval and processing of requests for deferred and supplemental examinations.
- Legal document submission and review
- Determination of fee status (based on appropriate legal documents)
- Commissioner for Oaths services (only for Government reporting purposes as well as sworn statements for lost diplomas)
- Minerva helpdesk and resource centre
- Issuance of Official student transcripts
- Admissions-process helpdesk
- Student record modifications/corrections, inclusive of name, address, gender, immigration status, etc.
- Minerva PIN resets
- Scholarships & Student Aid Helpdesk, providing information regarding questions about sources (and anticipated receipt dates) of funding
- Processing of differential tuition fee waivers
- Authentication of admissions documents
- Exams Office
- Convocation services
- Student Exchange and Study Abroad Office
