My research activities focus on three complementary areas: the impact of music and artistic approaches on the health of older adults, the improvement of geriatric care in hospital settings, particularly in the emergency department, and the use of innovative technologies with older adults.
Projects:
- Virtual-Reality based musical intervention digital therapeutic method to enhance and relational closeness between caregivers and persons with dementia.
- Sounds for care: musical exploration in hospital spaces, an exploratory, feasibility study.
- Transforming hospital care through the integration of music.
