Diploma – Certified Copy

McGill graduates can request a certified copy of their McGill diploma in its original language. A clear copy of the original McGill diploma must be uploaded. If the original is not available, a replacement copy must be ordered as well.

NOTE: Diploma – Certified Copy product is a PDF document and will be sent to the graduate via email.

Steps to order this product

  1. Make sure to have your credit card on hand
  2. Login to Minerva
  3. Select the Student Menu
  4. Select the Student Records Menu
  5. Select ES Services (Enrolment Services eStore & MyCredsTM) Menu
  6. Review and select I agree to consent to the Notice for Sharing of Personal Information with MyCreds™
  7. In Select Product, select Diploma – Certified Copy
  8. In Select a degree, select appropriate degree
  9. Verify your legal name by checking the Confirm your legal name box
  10. Upload a clear PDF of your original diploma by clicking on Choose File

  11. Once you have selected your PDF click on Upload File

    You should be able to see the uploaded file name.

  12. Click on Generate McGill Order ID

  13. Once the Order ID is generated, click Copy to Clipboard

    IMPORTANT: Don’t share your McGill Order ID. The ID is unique to your account and to this order.

  14. Click on Go to eStore

    You will be directed to the ES Services Shopify eStore.

  15. You will see the Diploma – Certified Copy product in the eStore
  16. Paste your McGill Order ID
  17. Click on Add to cart
  18. Access your cart to checkout

  19. You will be prompted to create an account

    If you already have a Shopify account, use the email address for that account.

  20. Provide your credit card details and select the Billing address
  21. Click on Pay now to submit your order

  22. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been successfully submitted

    You will be notified via email when your order has been fulfilled.

Diploma – Certified English Translation

McGill diplomas are issued in either Latin or English, depending on the type of degree obtained. Graduates can request a certified English translation of the information on their McGill diploma. The translation is provided in letter format and sent as a PDF copy. A clear copy of the original McGill diploma must be uploaded. If the original is not available, a replacement copy must be ordered as well.

Steps to order this product

  1. Make sure to have your credit card on hand
  2. Login to Minerva
  3. Select the Student Menu
  4. Select the Student Records Menu
  5. Select ES Services (Enrolment Services eStore & MyCredsTM) Menu

    NOTE: Applicable only to original diplomas in Latin.

  8. In Select a degree, select appropriate degree

  11. Once you have selected your PDF click on Upload File

    You should be able to see the uploaded file name.

  12. Click on Generate McGill Order ID
