Come and discover one of the great voices of contemporary Argentine poetry, Cecilia Pavon, co-founder of the legendary Belleza y Felicidad local in Buenos Aires, and director of Microcentro (oficina central de poesía), a space dedicated to writing workshops and poetry readings. Pavon is a writer, translator (her translations include Eileen Myles, Chris Kraus, Ariana Reines, Dorothea Lasky and Lorrie Moore) and a gardener of chaos.
 
This multilingual conference with poet and translator Cecilia Pavon (via Zoom) will be moderated by poet and Richler Writer-in-Residence Daphné B. (Département de littératures de langue française) and poet Jay Ritchie (McGill English Department).

This event is open to all!

The conference, hosted by the Department of English and the Département des littératures de langue française, de traduction et de création, will take place in English, French and Spanish.
