Audition Notice for the McGill English Department Winter 2024 Mainstage Production in Moyse Hall Theatre

AUDITION CALL:

• We are casting 7 performers – Casting is gender-open.
• Auditions are January 5^th & 8^th 2024 in ROOM ARTS B-20
• Callbacks are on January 11^th 2024

IMPORTANT SHOW INFORMATION:

• Rehearsals begin January 15^th, 2024
• Rehearsals are weeknights, some Friday afternoons, and some weekend days
• Tech week is March 25^th to April 2^nd
• The show runs April 3^rd – 5^th and April 10^th – 12^th.

TO AUDITION:

• Pleases sign up for one spot in the Audition Sign-Up Sheet: (CLICK THIS LINK). Individual auditions will be approximately 10 minutes long. PLEASE ARRIVE AT LEAST 10 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR AUDITION TIME.
• Prepare one of these monologues from the play: (CLICK THIS LINK). You DO NOT need to be memorized.
• Please make a copy of the Audition Form (CLICK THIS LINK), fill it out, and email it with a recent photo of yourself to: jessica.abdallah [at] mcgill.ca.

NOTE: Performers in this show are eligible for course credit in ENGL 396 Theatre Practicum: Eurydice (Winter 2024).
