- MSc or PhD in Human Genetics
- Post-doctoral fellowship
We are looking for a talented post-doctoral fellow with strong quantitative science skills and an understanding of epidemiology, bioinformatics, and/or genomics. Qualified candidates should have the following attributes:
- PhD in population genetics, statistical genetics, genetic epidemiology, bioinformatics, computer science, or related field
- Experience analyzing large-scale sequencing and/or genome-wide genotyping datasets
- Proficiency in R or Python
- Comfort with Linux operating system, shell scripting, and command-line software
