Assessment and counselling for children

McGill’s Psychoeducational and Counselling Clinic is open to the Montreal community and offers assessments and counselling for children with neurodivergences and learning difficulties. The Gold Centre is proud to be expanding the clinic’s capacity, reducing waiting times and helping more children and families access care.

Child lab/atelier

Projected to open in September 2027, the Gold Centre’s Child Lab / Atelier will be a multi-functional environment that supports child development, academic research, student training and community outreach. This integrated model will be a dynamic and reflective space for play-based learning and applied investigation — a unique bridge for cutting-edge developmental research and real-world impact.
