Graduation, convocation and brevet application

Students who have completed all program requirements (including conditions of admissions, if applicable) must apply to graduate through Minerva.

You can visit the Convocation website for more information on the ceremony and to reserve your cap and gown.

Once students have flagged themselves for graduation, an email will be sent with the appropriate documents to complete.  These should be returned to room 244 by the set deadline.  Students with holds on their accounts will not be recommended the MEESR.
