Nagano is the online, centralized research ethics system linking the CIUSSS and CISSS. During this presentation, Julie Turbide introduced the platform, highlighting the most important elements regarding ethics, science, feasibility approval, along with explaining how institutional authorization and research privileges work. Julie also reviewed the research team roles (PI, coordinator, student, etc), spoke about lab organization and provided an overview of regulatory affairs and best practices in research ethics at international, national and provincial levels.
