Due to the current high volume of course enrolments (adds/drops), it may take up to an hour for a course registration in Minerva to appear in myCourses. Please allow this delay before advising the IT Service Desk.

We have resolved the enrolment issues in myCourses and expect course enrolments from this week to be completely synced by this evening. Due to the start of the semester, please allow some time for your enrolment to be transferred into myCourses.

If, however, your course does not appear in myCourses by Tuesday, September 8, please email the IT Service Desk at itsupport [at] mcgill [dot] ca and provide your enrolment time in Minerva and course information.
