Mark Michaud Commended by the Quebec Government

Published: 6 January 2017

Mark Michaud, MBA'14, Director of Administration, recently received a commendation letter from the Ministry of Education’s Director General of University Affairs, Jean-François Lehoux, thanking him for his outstanding contribution to the workgroup that spent over a year reviewing the academic classification system used by the Quebec Government.

The classification system, called CAFF for “Classification académique aux fins de financement”, is used to identify the discipline of every course and program offered by universities in Quebec and is an important part of the formula used to establish university grant funding. Mark was nominated as a member of the working group by the Provost at that time, Professor Anthony Masi.
