CREATE-ISS Summer School

Thursday, May 3, 2012toFriday, May 4, 2012

The CREATE-ISS Summer School aims to introduce cutting-edge research in the design, fabrication and testing of sensor devices, the development of materials that are required for sensors, the processing of signals obtained from sensors, sensor integration, packaging and applications of developed sensors in many areas. It also combines this knowledge with the legislations that sensor systems are subject to.

Last year’s CREATE-ISS Summer School had close to 60 participants including students, academics and local industry. We are anticipating that this year the Summer School will be attended by up to 130 participants. Like the first Summer School, the symposium will include several speakers from university and industry as well as poster session and presentations from selected students on their recent research.

The 2012 CREATE-ISS Summer School will focus on the design, fabrication and testing of sensor devices, particularly MEMS and biosensors.

Registration and poster submission are open until May 1, 2012
