IT Business Analysis Services

Take the guesswork out of IT software and hardware acquisition! Business analysis can help your team, department, or unit identify your software and hardware needs, improve IT workflows and processes, and can recommend hardware and software solutions which meet or exceed McGill’s IT standards and comply with McGill’s IT policies.

Book an initial consultation to discuss your software or hardware needs and find more information on the Faculty of Arts IT Communication Site.

Note: The IT Business Analysis service is not intended for troubleshooting or general IT support. Please visit the IT Support Site for general IT help or to contact the IT Service desk.
