Reservations Request

Please fill out the form to start the reservation request.

  • Once your reservation form is sent, we will contact you within 48 hours with a confirmation or advise you if it is not available.

  • The Reservation office hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm | Weekends: closed

  • Check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 11am. A credit card is not required at time of booking except for Grand Prix and Osheaga dates where guests must call in to make payment in full.
  • 24 hour notice prior to check-in is required for cancellation except for Grand Prix and Osheaga where cancellations are not permitted and reservations are final and fully charged at the time of booking.
  •  Rooms are available from May 15 - August 7, 2023.
