Report suspicious emails from your McGill Inbox

You can quickly report a suspicious email using the Report Junk or Report Phishing buttons available in Microsoft Outlook, whether you’re using the desktop app, mobile app, or Outlook on the web.

If you don’t have Outlook installed on your device, you can always report suspicious messages from Outlook on the web.

When you report an email, it will be removed from your inbox and automatically flagged for McGill's email administrators. They’ll review it and take prompt action to help protect our community.

Note: If the email is already in your Junk Email folder, you do not need to report it.
