Academic and Language Recommendations

Students currently in grades 10 and 11 are eligible to participate in McGill Summer Academy.

For students in Quebec:

  • Sec IV and Sec V

For students outside of Quebec:

  • Grade 11: You have one (1) year remaining in high school
  • Grade 10: You have two (2) years remaining in high school


All MSA classes and activities will be conducted in English. Though there are no formal academic or language requirements, we recommend students to have equivalent to a B average (78-80%) in their high school studies.
Applicants may be contacted by a member of the MSA team to assess their level of English proficiency.
