Cost

The cost of Summer Studies in Rome includes the following two components:

1. McGill Tuition and Fees 

Regular tuition and ancillary fee charges associated with the number of credits, your specific program, and fee residency. This fee depends on your status of registration.

a. McGill students will be charged according to credits, program and fee residency.

b. Non McGill students who are registered as Inter-University Transfer students will be charged tuition and fees at their home university.

c. Non McGill students who are registered as special students or visiting students:

- who have Quebec fee residency will be charged the Quebec rate of tuition and fees (see how to prove Quebec fee residency.)

-who do not have Quebec fee residency will be charged the self-funded rate of tuition.

2. Summer Studies Fee - 3,650$ / per student (2025 fee)

Includes: shared double room for 30 days in modern building 5 minutes from stop on metro line to Stazione Termini – Camp1us Rome; breakfast + 1 meal per day at the University Cafeteria; internet access; monthly public transit pass; access to libraries; field trips.

Students are responsible for their own airfare and any other miscellaneous cost while in Italy.
