One of the oldest faculties at McGill, Religious Studies offers a program through the Faculty of Arts that allows you to explore the many cultural, historical and political issues related to both Eastern and Western religions.

The Faculty offers programs for those seeking to pursue the academic study of religion in its unique comparative context, for students wishing to qualify for the ordained ministry and for those who want to develop expertise in one or more areas of Religious Studies and also for those who wish to continue in pastoral settings, such as hospitals and schools.
