Who we serve

The McGill Health Clinic can be used by all registered McGill students who have paid the Student Services fee. This fee is automatically charged on the account of all students other than those registered in Continuing Studies. In order to use the clinic, these students must present proof that they have paid the fee. The clinic can not be used by Blue Cross dependents, McGill staff or research trainees.

What we offer

The clinic offers regular appointments for students seeking general check-ups, prescription renewals, STI testing, PAP smears, referrals and third party-physicals. General and/or travel immunizations are also available.

The clinic also offers an urgent care walk-in clinic for those students who must be seen as soon as possible. Please note that none of the services listed above are considered emergencies, and are not covered by the walk-in clinic. If you are seeking a medical note for a missed exam, assignment, or class, please refer to the section on Medical Notes & Records before visiting the urgent care clinic.

Please note: To access services, you must be currently enrolled and paying the Student Services fee. The fee is automatically charged to the student account of undergraduate students, graduate students and postdoctoral fellows every fall and winter term. Certain other categories of students may opt to pay a fee to use the services.
