Strengthening Canada's Research Capacity: The Gender Dimension - Reports on the status of women researchers, particularly in under-represented spheres. It reports that women make up about one-fifth of full professors in Canada. In engineering, mathematics and physical and computer sciences, the share of women shrinks to nine percent.
