The KPE Equipment Reservation Platform allows users to reserve lab equipment online.

Access is available to any user with a valid McGill email address. When you are not connected to the McGill network (e.g., working from home), you must use the Virtual Private Network (VPN) to access the platform. For information on how to set up and connect to VPN, please see McGill IT Knowledge.

How to Reserve Equipment:
- Click 👉 here to access the SharePoint platform
- Go to the Equipment Reservation Form
- Select the equipment you wish to reserve (iDXA, Bod Pod, or Biodex) and choose an available time slot
- Fill out the required booking details and click Book
- A confirmation email will be sent upon submission.
