Mandate
- Ensures that the vision, mission and objectives of the RCN are respected as well as the requirements of the gift agreement approved by the partners
- Approves the strategic priorities upon recommendation of the new Executive Committee
- Approves the annual budget upon recommendation of the Executive Committee
- Receives the annual report and the recommendations of the Executive Committee
- Receives the IAC’s report and mandates the Executive Committee to ensure appropriate follow-up
