Dr. Julia Burnier, an Assistant Professor in the Departments of Pathology and Oncology, and researcher at the Research Institute of the McGill University Health Centre (RI-MUHC), was among the three teams to be awarded funding from the inaugural Networks competition for her research program "Circulating Biomarkers of Health and Disease (liquid biopsy and cfDNA)". Dr. Burnier's team received $200,000.
