On November 21, 2025, our community partner MTL 24/24 hosted the sixth edition of the Montreal Night Summit at the Society for Arts and Technology (SAT). The event invited nightlife business owners, artists, activists, researchers, planners, policymakers, and participants to discuss the future of Montreal’s local nightlife scene. Professor Ipek Türeli presented work from her Master’s of Architecture studio “Montreal by Night” held in Winter 2025 in collaboration with the Night-time Design for/with Marginalized Communities project under the SSHRC Partnership on Quality in the Built Environment (895-2022-1003).
