Dusica Maysinger was passionate about teaching and introduced innovative approaches at the undergraduate level (PHAR-504) and graduate level (PHAR 702 Nanomedicine). Her “nanofamily” was composed of undergraduate and graduate students and post doctoral fellows; she is proud of them because they now hold important positions at universities and research institutes, but remember the enthusiasm, collaborative spirit and mutual respect from the days in the lab.
