High Intermediate (September to March)
The High Intermediate module will introduce participants to more complex seminar-style discussion and debate and provide opportunity for more autonomous engagement with authentic materials.
This is a 20 week course offered in person at the McGill School of Continuing Studies (Downtown Campus):

Intensive High Intermediate (May Course)
The Intensive High Intermediate module is designed for participants who successfully completed Intermediate 1 OR who are assessed to have the appropriate level of comprehension. Intermediate 2 will introduce participants to more complex seminar-style discussion and debate and provide opportunity for more autonomous engagement with French-language texts. This module is designed with a more intensive participation schedule entailing 15 hours of asynchronous practice and 40 hours of synchronous, in-person activity (10 hours per week for 4 weeks). More formal activities will be enriched by outings and meetings on the four Fridays of the session.
