Recording MOC Section 3 Credits: Feedback & Improvement

• Self-Assessment Program (SAP)
• Simulation Activities (SIM)
• Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC)

Follow the steps below to record MOC Section 3 Feedback & Improvement credits earned:

1. Enter username name and your user ID to access your MAINPORT account:
2. Click ‘login’

Steps 3-4 may not be required if features are already set-up

3. Select your preferred Multi Factor Authentication (MFA)
4. Follow prompts to set-up security features
5. Once on the main dashboard page, you could view activities, navigation features and credits earned
6. To record an activity, click on ‘Log Activity’
7. Search for the activity name you wish to record
8. Enter activity information in all required fields
9. Answer any additional questions (mandatory or optional) and click ‘Submit’
