International Contracts

All international contracts must be approved by the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences prior to being submitted to Legal Affairs. A budget of revenues and expenses must be prepared for each international contract to be entered into, and is also subject to the Dean’s approval.

If fees are to be paid to a McGill professor with respect to such contracts, the amount of fees must be approved by the Vice-Dean, Academic Affairs, based on the academic status of the professor and on the remuneration already provided by McGill University. Said fees may not be for more than $2000/day.
