Available topics include:
1) Introduction to Clinical Supervision.
The Faculty Enrichment and Development team designed this 4-part online series to provide you with the foundational skills of clinical supervision, including roles and responsibilities; learner competencies; feedback and assessments; and more. This microlearning activity is separated into 10-20 minute self-paced parts, accredited, free and relevant to all health professions.
2) Documenting Learner Performance in One45: Using McGill’s Competency‑Based Assessment Forms (Using One45)
A microlearning activity designed to help new clinical supervisors navigate the One45 platform and document the performance of their learners using McGill’s competency‑based assessment forms. This course is available on our Faculty Enrichment and Development Hub.
3) The Fundamentals of Faculty Development
