Our Self-Paced Online Training programs are designed for clinical supervisors, researchers, or leaders seeking flexible learning opportunities. Our hub offers asynchronous online learning opportunities on topics such as the basics and essentials of clinical or graduate supervision, feedback, etc.
VIRTUAL AND IN-PERSON WORKSHOPS
In collaboration with colleagues throughout the McGill Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Faculty Enrichment and Development designs and implements faculty-wide and departmental workshops and seminars to improve the skills of faculty members as clinical supervisors, graduate supervisors, and leaders. Offerings change every semester supporting ongoing learning and growth.
FACULTY HONOUR LIST FOR EDUCATIONAL EXCELLENCE
The goal of the Faculty Honour List for Educational Excellence is to recognize outstanding contributions to education in the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, in the areas of teaching, educational leadership and innovation, faculty development, and research and scholarly activity.
LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
The Leadership Development Program is designed for faculty members of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences at McGill University. It is geared towards those for whom leadership forms part of their current or future career trajectory. Participants will have an opportunity to work on their own leadership challenges and should be in a position to implement their new skills in the workplace upon completion of the Program.
