Versions available for the measure

  • CSQ-3; it includes the core 3 item set ( the three items most salient to the measurement of service satisfaction) and is available in all CSQ language versions
  • CSQ-4; The CSQ-4 contains the core 3 item set plus an additional item measuring improvement of client self-efficacy and is available in all CSQ language versions
  • CSQ-8; it is the most frequently used, referenced, and translated. The CSQ-8 is available in all CSQ language versions
  • CSQ-18A; ideal for studies that feature test-retest measurement within a brief time frame. Only available in English
  • CSQ-18B; an 18-item scale parallel to the CSQ-18A, containing the CSQ-8 items plus 10 additional items (ideal for research projects). Available in all CSQ language versions
  • Format in Big Print available (for individuals for low vision or visual impairments): The CSQ-8 is available in a BIG PRINT format in English or Spanish. Special order available for other languages
  • Format for Children (age 5 to 13): The CSQ-8 is available in a Children & Youth format in English. Special order available for other languages
  • Parent-rated child services format: it uses the standard eight items that comprise the CSQ-8, modified to accommodate the parental rating, and is available in English, French, Norwegian, and Spanish. Special order available for other languages
