Utility

It is 12 items measure used to monitor the outcomes of adults in contact with specialized mental health services. It measures behavior, impairment, symptoms, and social functioning.

The measurement scales are completed after routine clinical assessments in any setting and have a variety of uses for clinicians, researchers, and administrators, in particular health care commissioners and providers.
