RGGJ Conference : Democracy and Design: Black Feminist Perspectives on Monuments, Clearings, and Fabrication

How can democracy be re-designed or re-fabricated to support human flourishing? This conference will highlight contributions from Black feminist ethics and political thought to the study of democracy and spatial design, with attention to the past, present, and future of building democracy. Themes include monuments, mutual aid, urban planning, and futurity.
