Alzheimer's Society Montreal has published its Spring / Summer Program!

The program includes services for caregivers, services for people living with neurocognitive disorder, services for people living with neurocognitive disorder and their caregivers, services for professionals and organizations, and services for all. The program includes both in-person and online options.

For the months of July and August, ALS Quebec invites you to participate in their support groups and adapted activities. The support groups meet virtually over zoom, and two in-person sailing activities are offered to members of ALS Quebec.

Join grief specialists Maxxine Rattner (MSW, RSW) and Marney Thompson (MA, RCC) for Grief Chats Q&A – a free monthly Zoom webinar where they will respond to your questions about loss and grief.

Grief Chats Q&A will be held at 8:30pm ET/5:30pm PT, on the second Monday of each month.

Art therapy with the Quebec Cancer Foundation (French only)

This summer, the Quebec Cancer Foundation offers art therapy workshops to any individual with cancer, up to one year after their final treatment. They are also offered to their caregivers.

Programming is run by professional art therapists who bring together both artistic practice and psychological intervention to help participants overcome obstacles caused by the disease, to better identify their strengths and to meet new challenges.
