Mindful Monday Co-working Co-op

As a busy graduate student it’s hard to find time to socialize, manage your stress and meet demanding deadlines.

During our weekly Mindful Monday Co-working session you can do all three! Each session begins with 15 minutes of mindfulness meditation and a 10 minute break before settling in for a 4-hour co-working session complete with optional hourly stretch breaks.

Feel free to bring your lunch!

For graduate students of IHDW members as well as graduate students working on themes relevant to human development and well-being welcome to attend!
