Salary: $11 479 /course (including vacation pay).

The Department of History and Classical Studies is inviting applications to teach a course in Winter 2026. Please complete the online application form and upload the required documents. CLAS 230 D2: Introductory Modern Greek
A course for beginners.

January 5 – April 14, 2026: Wednesday & Friday (4:05 pm - 5:25pm)

Teaching Qualification Requirements:
Education: PhD or ABD in Greek language or Literature or related field preferred.
Experience: Experience in Greek language instruction required.
Others: Fluency in Greek required.

 

HIST 211 American History to 1865
Introduction to the history of colonial North America and the United States up to the Civil War, in their Atlantic context.

January 5 to April 14, 2026: Monday and Wednesday (4:05 pm – 5:25 pm)
Leacock building room 219

Teaching Qualification Requirements:
Education: PHD or ABD in US history required; expertise in colonial or pre-Civil War era preferred.
Experience: Teaching experience in related coursework at university level preferred; experience teaching large survey course preferred.
