Healthy Writing Habits: Physical and Social Exercises for Scholars

If you experience poor posture and slumped shoulders from marathon writing sessions and/or feelings of isolation from working on your research, this workshop will provide you with stretches and strategies to stay healthy.  

Participants will learn:
• Stretches to relax and improve posture
• Strategies to increase wellbeing by maintaining healthy habits

Please dress comfortably since we will be stretching and moving during the workshop. 

Dr. Joe Culpepper, a visiting scholar at the Institute for the Study of Canada, and active member of the Montreal circus community will lead the workshop.

The workshop will be held on McGill's downtown campus on Friday, October 21, from 10am-12pm.  Registrants will receive the workshop location in a confirmation email.
