3-Day Writing Retreat - Monday, February 27 to Wednesday, March 1 - CURRENTLY FULL

Need to carve out a block of dedicated time to get ahead with your writing? Struggling with writing blocks, "analysis paralysis" or a particular journal submission? Think you might benefit from working in the company of other focused writers?
If so, the McGill Writing Centre is holding a free 3-day writing session for graduate students.
You will be provided with:
- a dedicated space with limited distractions
- a consistent writing routine to help you meet your goals
- access to a writing tutor for feedback/consultation
- a schedule of breaks/stretches to sustain you
- a community of peers across disciplines
Dates:
- Monday, February 27: 9:30am-4:30pm
- Tuesday, February 28: 9:30am-4:30pm
- Wednesday, March 1: 9:30am-4:30pm
Daily schedule:
9:30am-12:00pm: Focused writing time with one 15-minute stretch break
12:00pm-12:45pm: Lunch-time discussion with invited guests
12:45-4:15: Focused writing time with one 25-minute nature break
4:15-4:30: Debrief and goal-setting for the next day

Commitment:
- In order to gain the full benefit of the 3-Day Retreat, applicants are expected to attend for the full duration of the three days.
