This Convocation Awards web form serves to collect the necessary details of teaching and research award winners recognized at Convocation.
Fall 2024 Convocation will be held on Monday, December 2, 2024. The award recipients will be recognized during the ceremony and in the Convocation programs. As such, we will require the award recipient details in both English and French for the programs.
Once we have received the award recipient details, and after the winners have been notified, we will contact them with more information on how they will be recognized at Fall Convocation.
