Tuition and fees

If you are a resident of Quebec (according to the criteria outlined by the Quebec government) and you are a Canadian citizen or permanent resident (hold a Canadian birth certificate, citizenship card, commemorative certificate of Canadian citizenship, record of permanent resident status, certificate of Indian status card, or valid Makivik Society card), you may pay Quebec fees, according to the MELS regulations.

If you are a Canadian citizen or permanent resident (hold a Canadian birth certificate, citizenship card, commemorative certificate of Canadian citizenship, record of permanent resident status, certificate of Indian status card, or valid Makivik Society card), but you are not a resident of Quebec, you will pay Canadian level fees. 

If you are an Aboriginal U.S. citizen or permanent resident, you will pay international level fees.
